They are looking to hire a Senior Strategic Finance Manager to help build a newly created team sitting at the intersection of finance, strategy, and technology.
This is not a traditional FP&A role. Rather than maintaining reporting processes, you'll partner directly with executive leadership to tackle the firm's most important commercial questions. From long-range planning and financial modelling to firmwide transformation initiatives, your work will directly influence strategic decision-making across the business.
A key focus of the role is helping shape the future of finance. You'll drive automation initiatives, leverage generative AI, and enhance data infrastructure to create smarter, more scalable analytical capabilities. The work is highly cross-functional, intellectually demanding, and well suited to someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, exercising commercial judgment, and influencing decisions at the highest levels of the organization.
