What
You’ll Do:
- Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience (experience in life sciences or manufacturing a plus)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and a problem-solver
