Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Staff Accountant to work on Corporate HQ Accounting of the company based out of Singapore and USA. Based in Singapore, this role allows for partial remote work. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, performing account reconciliations, managing payroll processes, overseeing budgeting, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The Senior Staff Accountant will also assist in financial reporting, provide support during audits, and collaborate with teams to improve financial strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial record-keeping, account reconciliation, and general accounting principles
- Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of payroll processes and tax compliance
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and a CA/CPA certification
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Handle all A/R and A/P activity
- Proficiency in web based ERP Accounting Software set ups
