The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for multiple large-scale or high-impact projects
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans and manage resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members
- Manage vendor relationships and external partners (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 5–10+ years of project management experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior role
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., IT, finance, construction, healthcare)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello)
- Experience working in Agile or digital transformation environments
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance standards
