We are growing and looking for a Senior Project Manager who can help lead the way.
The Role
The Senior Project Manager owns the full lifecycle of hospitality furniture and FF&E projects from initial planning through final closeout. You will work closely with the quoting team, guide clients and designers through the process, and communicate directly with our factories to make sure quality products are delivered on budget and on schedule.
This position is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. We are looking for someone who is already working in hospitality furniture, seating, casegoods, or a closely related field and is ready to take on more ownership with a growing company.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage relationships with clients, designers, manufacturers, and the internal sales team.
- Work closely with the quoting team to support accurate and timely proposals.
- Guide clients and designers through product selection and specification.
- Communicate directly with factories to confirm orders, monitor production, and ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff through closeout.
- Manage budgets, track costs, and report on project financial performance.
- Identify and resolve issues before they become problems for the client.
What We Are Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience in hospitality furniture, seating, casegoods, FF&E, or a closely related field preferred.
- Strong preference for candidates currently working at hospitality furniture manufacturers, FF&E companies, contract furniture firms, or purchasing companies.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase projects on time and on budget.
- Strong client communication skills and comfort managing senior stakeholders.
- Financial discipline: budgeting, cost tracking, and margin awareness.
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
