The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex fintech projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
This role requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of fintech operations, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Execution & Delivery: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions within budget constraints.
Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and analysts, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Process Optimization: Implement and refine project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to enhance efficiency and adaptability.
Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to fintech, including data security and privacy.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in the fintech or financial services sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with fintech technologies, such as payment systems, blockchain, or API integrations. Experience working with software development teams is essential.
