We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our clients Finance Technology team. Responsibilities include the ****
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of finance products—from time entry to billing to collections—ensuring seamless rollout, stakeholder alignment, and adoption.
Collaborate closely with the firm Chief Revenue Officer, Senior Director of Revenue, and Director of Billing to implement cost-effective solutions.
Partner closely with vendor teams, Finance SMEs, and internal tech teams to implement AI-driven automation solutions.
Manage a team of direct reports and will be responsible for performance management and ensuring strong execution and alignment across product delivery and operational support.
Focus deeply on user understanding—gather insights, map pain points, and ensure solutions are intuitive, useful, and adopted.
Deploy machine learning and generative AI technologies to automate manual processes, improve accuracy, and enhance decision-making in Finance.
Design and lead a comprehensive change management strategy, including stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and adoption measurement.
Drive a culture of innovation and collaboration within the finance department, fostering strong partnerships with firm leaders, to simplify and expedite the prebill process.
Monitor KPIs post-launch to ensure solutions are delivering value and continuously optimized.
Drive program governance, risk management, and executive reporting across multiple finance work streams.
Develop KPIs to measure results, reduce DSO, and enhance management of the billing and collection process.
