Job Summary: The Senior Outward Clearing Officer directly manages officers and staff in the Team and other assigned / or other teams. Attends to administrative needs of the teams within his assigned cluster, if applicable
Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day supervision of back room operations and service delivery of the Team such as:
- Outward Check Deposit
- Mobile Check Deposit OFF US
- Monitor officer and staff work schedules and attendance
- Ensure officer and staff high morale attitude
- Ensure unit’s compliance to external/internal policies
- Review and approve reports and other documents as necessary
- Review and implement unit’s process improvement, cost reduction and financial loss avoidance related programs without perjury to existing policies.
- Represent Team in various bank meetings
- Ensure that BCP is updated and tested
- Perform other duties inherent in the position or that may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time.
