The Role
Redbridge Recruitment are currently working with a PE firm who are looking to hire a Senior Operations Analyst. In this role, you will act as a pivotal member of the Luxembourg team, positioned between junior analysts and the Operations Manager. You will provide guidance and support to junior team members while collaborating closely with senior management to ensure the seamless execution of operations. This role involves actively participating in core operational tasks, bridging the gap between strategic oversight and detailed execution.
You will work alongside the broader Operations team across multiple jurisdictions, supporting the clients investing activities worldwide for our private credit/equity, hybrid, and liquid credit funds. This position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing team in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Core Responsibilities
Act as a point of escalation for junior team members, providing mentorship and reviewing their work to ensure accuracy and alignment with investment structuring considerations.
Support the Operations Manager by providing regular updates on workflows, identifying process improvements, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
Monitor cash flows, initiate treasury movements, and ensure all activities align with investment structuring requirements.
Gain a deep understanding of underlying investment structures, oversee distributions, and facilitate repatriations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Partner with investing professionals, external/internal counsel, tax advisors, and compliance professionals to ensure seamless coordination throughout the investment process.
Oversee and monitor statutory compliance across the portfolio, including corporate filings, tax returns, and VAT submissions, while supporting audits and reporting processes.
Liaise with service providers across jurisdictions to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and accurate record-keeping for portfolio companies.
Manage and oversee transfer pricing requirements in collaboration with third-party advisors and internal stakeholders.
Ensure proper execution of accounts payable processes and assist with bank transfers and cash management.
Prepare documentation for Board meetings, present relevant topics, and maintain detailed corporate files, ensuring alignment with governance standards.
Assist with entity creation, KYC processes, and entity management, while proactively addressing operational challenges.
Support the internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Actively develop, implement, and refine efficient internal controls and operational processes.
Take the lead on ad-hoc projects and initiatives, contributing to innovation and process optimization within the team.
