As a Senior Manager in our US Corporate Tax practice, you will engage in complex tax analysis, prepare and review corporate tax returns, and guide clients through tax minimization strategies. Your leadership will be crucial as you mentor junior staff and foster client relationships, while also supporting business development initiatives. This position requires dynamic problem-solving skills and a client-centric approach to ensure excellent outcomes and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead preparation and reviews of corporate tax returns

Requirements:
