Total Compensation: $285K – $325K
A high-growth consulting firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its expanding Office of the CFO (OCFO) advisory practice.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with CFOs and senior finance leaders to shape and deliver enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives—from defining strategy and operating models through to execution and value realization.
You’ll operate at the forefront of modern finance, helping clients unlock better decision-making, improved efficiency, and scalable operating models through a combination of process transformation and digital enablement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end finance transformation workstreams across strategy, operating model design, and execution
- Partner with CFOs and finance leadership to define target operating models, governance, and performance metrics
- Redesign core finance processes across FP&A, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay
- Support deployment of ERP, EPM, automation, AI, and analytics solutions
- Drive delivery across multi-workstream programs, ensuring quality, timelines, and measurable outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on finance strategy and performance improvement
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and client relationship growth
- Mentor and develop junior team members
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years’ experience in finance transformation or strategy consulting
- Background in Big 4 or top-tier advisory strongly preferred
- Experience across finance operating model design, shared services, and process optimisation
- Exposure to finance technology enablement (ERP, EPM, automation, analytics)
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence at CFO / Controller level
- Commercial mindset with interest in client growth and practice development
