Responsibilities
Represent organization’s financial compliance to Auditors, Regulatory Authorities along with any submissions and forecasts, including monthly /quarterly/ annual closing reports. Ensuring all statutory timelines are met with 100%.
Accuracy in financial reporting.
Planning and completion of statutory Audit and limited review as per defined timelines as per IndAS requirements.
Build work relations of the team with audit committee and external auditors.
Effective Vendor management – Oversee the payable management system.
Monitor developments on the fixed assets & insurance processes – Ensuring Capex budget control.
Effective Receivable Management – Oversee receivable and ensuring that all payments are received on time.
Govern P&L and MIS, including strategic insights
Balance Sheet Review – Ensuring that hygiene of balance sheet is maintained.
Ensuring that internal control processes are built and adhered.
ERP Process Improvements
Balance Sheet Review – Ensuring that hygiene of balance sheet is maintained
Ensuring internal control process adherence, identify process gaps and mitigations
Qualifications
CA (mandatory), MBA in Finance (preferable)
8-12 years with preferable experience in listed Companies
Industry Preference: Retail, FMCG or QSR
