A leading global investment organisation is seeking a commercially astute Senior Manager to lead finance business partnering across key corporate functions.
This is a high-impact role focused on financial planning, performance management, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making in a complex and evolving environment.
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will drive financial discipline, enhance cost transparency, and elevate the quality of business decisions through robust analysis and clear, commercially focused insights.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across core business functions
- Provide clear, actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders, establishing a strong cadence of engagement and influencing outcomes
- Translate complex financial data into meaningful narratives that drive value creation
- Own performance analysis, including variance commentary, risks, and opportunities
- Enhance financial models, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools to support scalability and insight
- Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, processes, and data quality (including tools such as Workday and Power BI)
- Deliver high-impact, ad hoc analysis in response to evolving business needs

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and business partnering, including cost management methodologies such as Activity-Based Costing
- Strong prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines
- A balance of attention to detail and strategic thinking
