Role Description:

As a Senior Manager, Business Performance, you will be responsible for driving organizational performance through data-driven insights, financial analysis, and strategic performance management frameworks. You will oversee the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) across business units, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives and long-term strategic priorities. Your role involves analyzing business performance trends, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending actionable improvements to enhance profitability, productivity, and operational effectiveness.

You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into measurable performance targets and execution plans. You will lead the design and implementation of performance dashboards, reporting systems, and analytical models that provide visibility into business health and decision-making drivers. In addition, you will evaluate business cases, investment proposals, and operational initiatives to assess their impact on financial and strategic outcomes.

You will also play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes, ensuring that resource allocation supports optimal business performance. By leveraging data analytics and market insights, you will identify growth opportunities, cost optimization areas, and performance gaps across the organization. You will present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making at the highest level.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels. You will be instrumental in shaping performance culture and ensuring the organization consistently meets or exceeds its strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong academic background in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or related disciplines. Strong understanding of business performance management, financial analysis, and KPI development. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with experience evaluating business performance and identifying improvement opportunities. High proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes is advantageous. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly to senior stakeholders. Ability to design and manage performance dashboards and reporting frameworks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in dynamic environments. Experience with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and business intelligence platforms is beneficial. Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
