Position Overview
We are hiring a Senior Manager, Business Analytics & AI to operate as a central spoke in the organization—turning data into decisions and AI into leverage. This role is responsible for driving insight-led growth across marketing, product, and eCommerce while enabling the organization to operate more efficiently and intelligently through AI.
You will embed directly within cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities, validate hypotheses and translate data into clear, high-impact actions. In parallel, you will scale how teams use AI to generate analysis, insights, and visualizations – building a more self-serve, insight-driven organization. This role reports to the Director of eCommerce.
Responsibilities

- Operate as a strategic partner across marketing, product, finance, and strategy—using data to help drive revenue and growth decisions.
- Proactively identify opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention, and LTV.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, decisive recommendations that influence execution.
- Embed analytics into day-to-day workflows, not just reporting.
- Raise the quality and speed of decision-making across teams through high-signal insights.
AI Enablement
- Identify and deploy high-impact AI use cases across marketing teams that drive measurable improvements.
- Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI tools and models.
- Design and build AI-powered workflows and agents to automate analysis and insight generation.
- Enable non-technical teams to self-serve insights through strong prompt engineering and structured workflows.
- Establish best practices to ensure AI outputs are accurate, consistent, and actionable.
Experimentation & eCommerce Optimization
- Partner closely with the eCommerce product team and manage the dev team to drive site optimization, conversion rate improvements, and user experience enhancements.
- Own analytics for A/B testing, personalization, and experimentation frameworks to improve customer journey performance.
- Deliver actionable insights on funnel performance, retention, and LTV.
DTC Marketplace Performance
- Own analytics, performance, and optimization across Amazon and other DTC marketplaces.
- Identify channel-specific growth levers and opportunities.
- Translate marketplace data into actionable strategies that drive revenue.
Data Integrity & Measurement
- Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and trusted across all platforms.
- Own tracking, tagging, and attribution frameworks end-to-end.
- Define and standardize core metrics across the business.
- Maintain clean, reliable data pipelines in partnership with engineering.
- Ensure reporting reflects a single source of truth.
Requirements
- 6+ years in analytics, data science, or business intelligence in a high-performance DTC environment.
- Highly cross-functional—you embed with teams and influence decisions.
- Strong technical foundation (SQL, analytics tools) with sharp business intuition.
- Fluent or highly curious in AI tools and their application to real business problems.
- Clear, concise communicator who simplifies complexity and drives action.
