Experience:
5 to 7 years post completion of CA or MBA of work experience in dealing with public sector as well as private sector banks / financial institution in fund raising and liability management

MBA or CA

Job Role:
Creating request letters, presentations, and financial predictions as needed by banks and other financial institutions is part of fund raising and liability management.
Having regular follow-up meetings with banks and other financial institutions to answer questions, complete proposals, etc.
cultivated and built strong relationships with banks and financial institutions as well as working level teams. Coordinated stock and receivables audits with internal teams and agencies selected by lenders.
Additional operations of the Finance and Treasury Department.
Reporting and MIS
Creating Treasury MIS on a weekly or monthly basis for top management to use.
Creating the presentation for the ALCO meeting and cash flows.
Complying with covenants and giving lenders the necessary information ahead of time.
Data submission and active participation in the credit rating activity for both the new mandate and the yearly surveillance.
Observance of legal and regulatory requirements.
