Position: Senior Investigation Analyst for Fraud Prevention and Analysis
Location: Southwestern Ontario

As a key member of the investigation team, you will leverage your experience to identify and investigate incidences of fraud against benefit plans. This role requires strong attention to detail, customer service expertise, and the ability to conduct thorough data analysis. You’ll be responsible for leading investigations, executing audit programs, and collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform risk-based data profiling and analysis

• Lead and support investigative audit programs

• Conduct detailed interviews with plan members and providers

• Create comprehensive audit documentation and correspondence

• Implement key investigative projects effectively

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent experience required

• Knowledge of Group Benefits is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills needed

• Intermediate data analysis skills with Excel expertise

• Familiarity with the Canadian healthcare environment preferred
