Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior General Manager at BTsec. The Senior General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Key responsibilities include developing strategies for growth, monitoring cybersecurity service delivery, fostering client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, and driving operational excellence. The role also involves leading teams, optimizing processes, managing budgets, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the company in client and industry engagements.

- Proven track record in leadership, strategic planning, and team management
- Experience in cybersecurity, including familiarity with vulnerability assessments, threat monitoring, and security frameworks
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and resource allocation
- Proficiency in client relationship building and stakeholder management
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking capabilities
- Experience with business development strategies and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in using tools and platforms for workflow optimization and reporting
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
