Position Overview
This Director-level role serves as the strategic finance partner for Workplace Solutions Experience, Analytics, and Operations – a business unit focused on delivering retirement savings programs and workforce benefit solutions that directly support employers and their employees.
With responsibility spanning annual operating plans, long-term strategic planning, AI investment case development, pricing governance, and performance analytics, this position offers exceptional visibility and influence across senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team; establish performance standards and support talent development and compensation decisions in alignment with HR policies.
- Partner with executive leaders to translate strategic priorities into financial frameworks, measurable KPIs, and performance drivers.
- Own and drive the annual operating plan and long-term strategic financial planning processes.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support both tactical and strategic decision-making, ensuring continuous improvement and governance.
- Establish methodologies for asset, revenue, and expense forecasting; define product and customer costing and pricing models.
- Develop investment business cases, including AI and technology initiatives, supported by market and competitive analysis.
- Oversee pricing governance for new and existing products and lead client fee review and approval processes.
- Provide analytical insight and financial support for special initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in financial analysis; prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Deep experience in FP&A, including complex modeling and long-range planning.
- Significant experience supporting Workplace Services, Retirement, Recordkeeping, Employee Benefits, or Investment-related industries.
- Professional designation such as CPA, CFM, CMA, or similar certification preferred.
