Our client, a growing PE-backed organization, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their Tampa-based team. This role will work closely with leadership and play a key part in financial planning, reporting, and decision support across a multi-brand, nationwide platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Prepare and distribute monthly budget vs. actual reporting packages
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting tools, including macros
- Support month-end close through variance analysis and reporting
- Partner with accounting team to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist in strategic planning, scenario modeling, and ad hoc analysis
- Work cross-functionally with operations to support business decisions
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience
- Strong experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Advanced Excel skills required, including macros
- Experience building financial models and reporting packages
- Background in distribution, manufacturing, or related industry is a plus
- ERP experience (NetSuite or similar) preferred, not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $90K–$100K (flexibility for top candidates)
