Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Financial Controller. The Senior Financial Controller will be responsible for managing financial reporting, preparing comprehensive financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing accounting functions. The role will also involve performing in-depth financial analysis, developing key performance indicators, and working closely with leadership to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, with attention to compliance and accuracy
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and provide insights for business decisions
- In-depth knowledge of Finance, Financial Reporting, and best practices in corporate finance
- Expertise in Accounting principles and standards, including relevant software
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership in financial management roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in the M&A advisory or related industries is an advantage
