We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join our Finance & Controlling team and play a key role in steering business performance through high‑quality financial insights and strong business partnering.
Your role
As Senior Financial Controller, you will support strategic and operational decision‑making by delivering accurate financial analyses, forecasts, and performance steering. You will work closely with senior management and business teams, contributing to sustainable growth and cost optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Drive financial planning and forecasting in line with central guidelines and business needs
- Perform profitability and revenue controlling, including price positioning and business case calculations
- Monitor and steer cost performance against budgets and targets
- Prepare monthly and yearly closings, reporting, and variance analyses
- Develop and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, AI use cases)
- Actively contribute to risk management and internal control processes
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to support business decisions
- Support continuous process improvement and digitalization initiatives in controlling
What you bring
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar controlling role, preferably in a multinational environment (revenue controlling)
- Strong knowledge of SAP and solid understanding of IFRS
- Experience with Power BI and interest in integrating AI solutions into daily work
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, structured thinking and result‑oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to continuously develop
