We are currently looking for a dedicated, proactive, and analytical professional to join our Finance team in Sofia as a

Senior Financial Controller

Key responsibilities:

Financial, business analysis and controlling:

Develop and manage the company's annual budget, as well as monitor its implementation.

Analyse financial statements and indicators to identify trends and deviations.

Prepare forecasts and scenarios for the company's future financial performance.

Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations.

Financial, business analysis and strategic planning:

Collecting and analyzing data on operational activities, sales and market trends related to our brands such as Surecheck, Sendo, Zano, Selenogin, Stamatin and others. Identifying opportunities for process optimization and increasing efficiency.

Developing recommendations for strategic decisions and presenting them to management.

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing analysis on their implementation.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a small or medium-sized company. Solid knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Excellent English.
