About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a high-impact Operations Finance team focused on driving insights across sales performance, margin trends, and cost forecasting. This role plays a key part in helping the business navigate and leverage a changing economic landscape, including shifts in input costs and external market factors.
The position partners closely with cross-functional leaders to support planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to clearly communicate financial insights to senior leadership.
Salary Range: $85,000 – $133,000
Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain forecasts related to revenue, margins, and key cost drivers, including materials and input costs
- Track and analyze cost fluctuations, including external factors such as tariffs and supply-related impacts
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with accurate and timely financial projections
- Analyze business performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic initiatives
- Develop and enhance financial models to support planning and decision-making
- Generate reports and improve financial processes and data workflows
- Present financial insights and summaries to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner
- Support ad hoc analysis and contribute to ongoing finance-related projects
Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadership
- Advanced Excel skills, including building models and performing complex analysis
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Exposure to manufacturing or cost-focused environments is strongly preferred
- Experience with financial planning or reporting systems is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
