What You’ll Do
Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives—valuations, scenario planning, deal execution, and more.
Analyze key financial statements and performance indicators to evaluate business health and identify opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop plant budgets, forecasts, and detailed cash flow projections.
Deliver monthly financial reports to senior leadership, including deep dives on budget vs. actual variances.
Partner with internal teams to craft compelling budget presentations for plant operations and corporate leadership.
Manage regular reporting for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Handle ad hoc analyses, reporting, and special projects—no two days will be the same.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. CFA or MBA is a strong plus.
4–7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or the energy sector.
Proven expertise in financial modeling, DCF, IRR, and other valuation/return metrics.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; comfort with large datasets and presentations.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Clear and confident communication—able to explain complex financial concepts to all audiences.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with contracts and legal documents is a plus.
