About the Opportunity
Investment Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Support day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for investment funds, managed accounts, and operating entities.
- Maintain accurate books and records while assisting with monthly and quarterly close processes.
- Assist with NAV calculations and investment accounting across multiple funds.
Audit, Tax & Compliance
- Support audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
- Assist with tax reporting and ensure compliance with applicable financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
Operations & Analysis
- Contribute to financial reporting, reconciliations, and operational accounting processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support investment and operational decision-making.
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with the CFO/COO and finance team to support the firm’s growing platform.
- Contribute to process improvements and scalable finance operations as the firm expands.
About You
- CPA (or close to completion)
- Senior Associate from a larger public accounting firm (External Audit)
- Asset/ Wealth Management sector experience is an asset but not required
- Strong academic background, ideally from a top business program
Salary Range
$90,000 – 100,000 / year + discretionary bonus (including equity participation)
