The Senior Finance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the commercial/operational teams (Sales, Product Management, and Demand Planning/Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Continuous Improvement) and provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a Business-related field.
3+ years of experience in finance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g. Oracle, OneStream, Statistical Modeling Tools).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints in a complex system and business environment.
