We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst with strong accounting expertise, healthcare knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills to support our rapidly growing healthcare platform. This role reports directly to the CFO of the company and will play a critical role in financial and tax reporting, acquisition integration, and strategic finance initiatives across multiple healthcare businesses.

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and healthcare reporting standards.
- Lead the monthly close process, including general ledger review, account reconciliations, and intercompany eliminations across multiple entities.
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations including AR/AP, payroll, treasury, leases, fixed assets accounting, etc.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and consultants to ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements.
- Support acquisitions by participating in financial due diligence, purchase accounting including purchase price allocations, and post-acquisition integration.
- Partner with finance and leadership teams across multiple portfolio companies to improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance finance operations following acquisitions.
- Develop, monitor, and report on financial KPIs to assess performance and identify risks and opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, lender reporting and other strategic finance initiatives.
- Mentor, supervise, and develop accounting staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA license preferred.
- 3-5 years of public and/or private accounting experience. Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are required, including proficiency with complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups or index-match, sumifs, data analysis, and building dynamic schedules and reports.
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and consolidations.
- Experience with ERP/GL systems (e.g., QBO, Sage 50, Sage Intacct, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented environment.
