Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Commercial Real Estate Investment Analyst to support real estate acquisitions, development projects, private investment funds, and capital markets activities in the United States. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in commercial real estate investments, development, private equity, lending, or related fields and possess strong financial, analytical, and communication skills.

This position requires extensive review and analysis of complex financial and legal documents, including Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), Loan Agreements, Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), Operating Agreements, Subscription Agreements, and other transaction-related documents. Strong written and verbal English is required, as the role involves some interactions with US based attorneys, developers, investors, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Analysis & Underwriting

  • Build and maintain financial models for developments projects, refinancing, and investment opportunities.
  • Perform cash flow analysis, IRR and equity multiple calculations, sensitivity analyses, and scenario modeling.
  • Evaluate debt and equity structures, financing alternatives, and capital stack components.
  • Analyze investment opportunities across multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, office, retail, and industrial asset classes.

Due Diligence & Market Research

  • Conduct financial, operational, and market due diligence on prospective investments.
  • Review appraisals, market studies, engineering reports, rent rolls, budgets, and operating statements.
  • Research market trends, demographics, supply-demand fundamentals, and comparable transactions.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, market reports, and presentation materials.

Legal and Transaction Documentation

  • Review and summarize key terms of PPMs, LPAs, Loan Agreements, Operating Agreements, and due diligence documents.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, consultants, developers, and other transaction parties.
  • Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, and material business issues within transaction documents.

Investor Reporting & Strategic Support

  • Prepare investor reports, lender reports, and management presentations.
  • Monitor project budgets, construction progress, leasing activity, and operating performance.
  • Support fundraising, capital raising, and investor relations initiatives.
  • Assist senior management with special projects, strategic initiatives, and business development efforts.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fund management, project financing, commercial real estate investment, development, restructuring, private equity, real estate lending, investment banking, or asset management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong understanding of real estate valuation, underwriting, and investment analysis.
  • Experience reviewing complex legal and transaction documents.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English required.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and summarize complex English-language legal and financial documents.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with U.S.-based counterparties via email, conference calls, and virtual meetings.

Preferred

  • Experience with U.S. commercial real estate investments.
  • Experience with private equity funds, EB-5 programs, or cross-border investments.
  • CFA or related professional designation.
  • Experience working with institutional investors, family offices, or private funds.
