Job Summary:
- The role prepares and analyzes monthly financial reports, identifying deviations from budget and supporting forecasting and planning. In addition, the role monitors expenses, provides performance reports to management, and ensures financial discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze monthly financial reports by justifying deviations between actual and planned performance to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Develop and update monthly dashboards and KPI reports by tracking financial performance to enable informed decision-making.
- Assist in preparing and updating company planning and forecasts by aligning financial expectations with business goals and market trends to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
- Monitor expenses against budget by raising alerts for any discrepancies to maintain financial control.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Actuarial studies are an advantage.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in the finance field.
