What You’ll Do

- Deliver financial training to enhance decision‑making and financial literacy across the organization.
- Prepare and support materials for monthly board meetings and executive leadership reviews.
- Research market conditions and industry developments to support long‑range planning and strategic growth.
- Build financial models that link business strategy to financial outcomes and measurable impact.
- Review and evaluate capital expenditure proposals; conduct post‑project assessments to analyze ROI and performance expectations.
- Provide financial guidance to operational teams to improve returns and overall financial performance.
- Support cross‑functional initiatives, special projects, and organizational strategic priorities.
- Foster a collaborative, positive team environment and deliver outstanding internal customer service.

What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge & Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, laws, and codes.
- Experience in data sampling, statistical evaluation, and financial modeling.
- Strong written and verbal command of business English.
