What You’ll Do

  • Deliver financial training to enhance decision‑making and financial literacy across the organization.
  • Prepare and support materials for monthly board meetings and executive leadership reviews.
  • Research market conditions and industry developments to support long‑range planning and strategic growth.
  • Build financial models that link business strategy to financial outcomes and measurable impact.
  • Review and evaluate capital expenditure proposals; conduct post‑project assessments to analyze ROI and performance expectations.
  • Provide financial guidance to operational teams to improve returns and overall financial performance.
  • Support cross‑functional initiatives, special projects, and organizational strategic priorities.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive team environment and deliver outstanding internal customer service.
  • Represent the organization’s mission with professionalism, respect, and teamwork.

What You’ll Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge & Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, laws, and codes.
  • Experience in data sampling, statistical evaluation, and financial modeling.
  • Strong written and verbal command of business English.
