About the Role
We’re partnering with a client to hire a talented FP&A professional to join a centralized finance team supporting multiple operating segments. This role plays a critical part in financial planning, forecasting, executive reporting, and strategic analysis, with regular exposure to senior leadership.
This is a mostly remote role, however we are only considering candidates currently located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area due to collaboration needs and occasional in‑person interaction with leadership.
Important to know: This is a fast‑paced, high‑expectations environment. There will be long hours at times, especially around planning cycles and key initiatives. What You’ll Do
- Deliver executive‑level financial reporting and analysis
- Support annual budget and rolling forecast processes across multiple business units
- Partner with operational leaders on expense analysis and forecasting
- Build and maintain financial models to improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency
- Assist with monthly performance reviews, including variance analysis and insights
- Prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with analytics and data teams
- Support ad‑hoc projects and strategic initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role
- Advanced Excel skills; strong financial modeling experience preferred
- Experience with planning systems or BI tools is a plus
- Background supporting multi‑unit or consumer‑facing environments is beneficial
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Willingness to work hard, learn quickly, and grow within a high‑performance team
