We are partnered with a global, high growth Food and Beverage Distribution company looking to add to their Finance function. The Senior FP&A Analyst will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis across corporate functions.
Responsibilities:
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across the Retail Services division
- Analyze performance, margins, and key drivers to provide actionable insights to finance and operations
- Assist with pricing, cost, and profitability analysis across products, customers, and channels
- Monitor budget vs. actuals, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive efficiency
- Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A
- Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills
- Experience with Excel and data/BI tools (Power BI preferred)
- Background in retail, distribution, or CPG environments is a plus
