As the business continues to invest in growth, analytics, and strategic initiatives, they are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team. This is a highly visible role offering direct exposure to executive leadership, strategic planning, financial modeling, forecasting, and M&A-related initiatives.

What You'll Do
• Own and maintain the company's corporate financial model and forecasting framework
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare financial reporting and analysis for executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Build complex financial models to support strategic business initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities
• Support acquisition diligence, transaction modeling, and investment analysis efforts
• Assist with long-range planning, financing initiatives, and executive decision support
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations to drive business performance
What They Looking For
• 3–5+ years of FP&A, Financial Analysis, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or related experience
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Advanced Excel capabilities
• Ability to analyze complex business issues and translate findings into financial recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
• M&A, transaction modeling, or investment analysis experience
• Experience in media, advertising, technology, or data-driven businesses
• Experience working in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment
• Exposure to Salesforce, DOMO, or similar business intelligence tools
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar productivity platforms
