Role Description
The Senior Financial Accountant will oversee and manage the company’s financial operations and reporting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Responsibilities include preparing, analyzing, and presenting accurate financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, and managing accounting software tools. The role involves conducting financial analysis to support decision-making, managing budgets, and optimizing financial performance. This is a full-time on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area, requiring a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Expertise in Finance and Accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience with Accounting Software and related financial tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CA certification preferred
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- Special knowledge of the food and retail industry is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with teams
- Must have knowledge of SAP B1. (Mandatory)
