The role also contributes to enhancing financial systems, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies. In addition, the position works closely with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with overall business goals and support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and internal controls
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Experience with financial systems and advanced spreadsheet or data analysis tools
• Effective communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders across functions
• High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are an advantage
