About Circadia Health
Circadia Health is a growth-stage healthcare AI company on a mission to prevent avoidable hospitalizations and transform senior-care operations. Our Circadia Intelligence Platform combines:
- Contactless sensing that monitors respiration and motion with medical-grade accuracy
- Predictive analytics & agentic AI workflows that detect 85% of preventable rehospitalizations ~11 days in advance
- Enterprise integrations that embed insights directly into EHR, care-coordination, billing, and compliance systems
Today, our technology touches 40,000+ post-acute patients daily across skilled-nursing, home-health, and home-care networks. We are backed by leading healthcare and AI investors and headquartered in El Segundo, CA.
The Role
Circadia Health recently closed its Series B, led by Khosla Ventures — one of the most
respected names in technology and healthcare investing, and an early backer of category-
defining companies including OpenAI, Instacart, and DoorDash. With fresh capital and
accelerating commercial momentum, we are building the finance function that will carry the
company through its next stage of growth.
This is a rare ground-floor opportunity: the first dedicated finance hire, working shoulder-to-
shoulder with the CEO, leadership team, and a high-caliber investor base. You will not inherit a
finance organization — you will build it. For an ambitious finance operator, this is the role that
defines a career.
This role sits at the center of the company and offers direct, daily exposure to the people setting
its direction:
- The CEO and executive team — a high-performing leadership group across Operations,
Product, Commercial, and Clinical, who treat finance as a strategic partner rather than a
back office
- Khosla Ventures and the Series B syndicate — sophisticated investors who will look to
you for credible numbers, sharp analysis, and a clear financial narrative
- The Board of Directors — you will help shape the materials, models, and storytelling that
inform board-level decisions
- Cross-functional leaders — partnering with Operations, Product, and Sales to turn
financial insight into better operating decisions
What You’ll Do
This role brings financial clarity, operational discipline, and strategic rigor to a rapidly scaling
healthcare technology company. Circadia is growing quickly, operating in a complex
reimbursement environment, and making critical decisions that affect capital efficiency, margins,
and long-term enterprise value. This role ensures we understand the real economics of the
business, allocate resources intelligently, and translate data into decisions that drive
performance — without introducing unnecessary process or bureaucracy.
As the financial co-pilot to the CEO and leadership team, you will connect strategy to execution,
turn financial signals into actionable insight, and build the financial foundation required to scale.
Because healthcare rewards precision, credibility, and a deep understanding of reimbursement
dynamics, candidates with experience in payer models, revenue-cycle management, and
healthcare financial operations are uniquely positioned to help Circadia execute confidently and
grow responsibly.
