Are you an experienced financial leader looking for a high-visibility role where you can truly drive business strategy?
I am partnering with a premier, global industrial equipment manufacturing organization to find a Senior Finance Manager for their facility in Sabetha, KS (located ~100 miles northwest of Kansas City).
In this role, you will act as a true strategic business partner to the Site Director and assume primary responsibility for the site’s entire financial blueprint—from day-to-day cost accounting and cash management to long-term capital budgeting and predictive forecasting. You will also lead and mentor an established local accounting and finance team.
What they are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (CPA and/or MBA is highly preferred).
- 10+ years of financial management experience specifically within a manufacturing facility.
- Strong background in cost accounting and utilizing database/accounting ERP systems.
- A collaborative, service-oriented leadership style.
