We are looking for a highly analytical, disciplined, and financially strategic Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial planning, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, and operational financial decision-making.
This role will work closely with the CEO, Accounting Team, and Operations Team to help ensure the company maintains strong financial health, responsible spending, organized financial systems, and scalable operational growth.

🔎 ROLE OVERVIEW

The Finance Manager will be responsible for monitoring company cash flow, managing budgets, reviewing financial performance, overseeing operational financial planning, and helping leadership make sound financial decisions.
This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of balancing operational needs with financial discipline.
We are looking for someone who understands both strategy and execution someone who can help structure the company financially while maintaining accountability and efficiency across operations.

✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & PLANNING
• Monitor and manage company cash flow and financial health
• Prepare financial forecasts, operational budgets, and financial reports
• Analyze company spending, operational costs, and profitability
• Assist management in financial planning and growth strategies
• Ensure departments operate within approved budgets
• Help create cost-saving and efficiency initiatives
APPROVALS & FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT
• Review financial requests, operational budgets, and large expenditures
• Coordinate with accounting and operations teams regarding financial approvals
• Ensure company funds are allocated properly and responsibly
• Help monitor financial risks, unnecessary spending, and operational inefficiencies
• Assist in building stronger financial systems and approval structures
REPORTING & ANALYSIS
• Generate financial reports and management summaries for leadership review
• Analyze business performance, operational expenses, and financial trends
• Monitor revenue, operational costs, margins, and business performance indicators
• Help management understand financial data for better decision-making
OPERATIONS & COORDINATION
• Work closely with the CEO, Accounting Team, Purchasing, and Operations
• Ensure proper coordination between departments regarding budgets and financial planning
• Support company expansion and operational scaling through structured financial management
• Assist in improving internal systems and financial processes

⚠️ QUALIFICATION

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, Finance Supervisor, or related finance leadership role
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
• Experience in fast-paced operational businesses such as retail, F&B, construction, logistics, or multi-branch operations is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Able to work closely with executives and operational teams
• Proficient in financial reporting and financial management systems
• CPA is an advantage but not required depending on experienc
