A leading ASX-listed group with a global footprint. The business continues to grow through acquisition and operates a large, complex multi-entity structure supported by a strong Group finance function based in Sydney CBD.
About the Role
This is a senior role within Group Financial Control, reporting into executive finance leadership. You will play a key role in group consolidation, statutory reporting and technical accounting, while contributing to finance transformation initiatives.
You will be the #2 to the Group Head of Finance, with a clear pathway for progression.
Key responsibilities include:
- Group consolidation and statutory reporting for an ASX-listed entity
- Technical accounting support including M&A, complex transactions and new standards
- Oversight of foreign currency, ownership structures and non-controlling interests
- Leading and developing senior finance team members
- Support treasury strategy and cashflow management
- Managing external audits and contributing to Board-level reporting
- Driving process improvement and finance transformation initiatives

About You
You will bring:
- CA qualification with 10+ years’ experience
- Director level in Big 4 Audit or a chartered background second mover with strong technical accounting skills
- Experience in group consolidation and M&A accounting
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
