Dragonfly is hiring a Senior Finance Manager to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business analysis, reporting, and cross-functional finance operations across its global investment management platform.

In this role, the Senior Finance Manager will work closely with finance leadership, investment, operations, legal, compliance, people, and executive teams to improve financial visibility, strengthen planning processes, and support disciplined business operations.
Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, expense analysis, cash flow planning, vendor payment processes, department-level budget support, internal controls, audit support, tax support, and finance process improvement.
We’re looking for a finance professional with experience in FP&A, accounting, audit, corporate finance, operational finance, fund finance, or business operations. Experience in investment management, venture capital, private funds, fintech, enterprise software, or professional services is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling skills, clear communication, attention to detail, business judgment, and the ability to translate financial data into practical insights for leadership and operating teams.
