Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to oversee our financial health and strategy. You will be responsible for high-level financial reporting, long-term budgetary planning, and ensuring our fiscal operations align with our broader business goals. The ideal candidate is a master of data-driven decision-making and a mentor to the accounting team. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide multi-year financial forecasting to support growth.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to the executive team.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure all financial activities comply with local/international standards (GAAP/IFRS) and manage external audit relationships.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor liquidity and optimize working capital to support operational needs.
Leadership: Manage and develop the finance/accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a management role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred).
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and expert-level Excel skills.
Soft Skills: Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
