Join a dynamic Group Finance team where you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Position Details
Job Title: Senior Executive – Finance
Department: Group Finance
Reporting to: Acting Chief Financial Officer
Location: HQ Office, Menara Felda
Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000 (negotiable)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and supporting schedules
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivables
- Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional qualification (ACCA or equivalent) is an advantage
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Additional Advantage
- Experience with ERP systems
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with local statutory and tax requirements
