ROLE DESCRIPTION
The B2B FPB Senior Specialist acts as a key finance partner to the B2B business, providing financial analysis, insights, and strategic support to drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and improve profitability.
This role bridges Finance and Business by supporting budgeting, forecasting, pricing, KPI tracking, and performance management, while ensuring alignment with company financial objectives..
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Partnering
- Provide financial advisory for business cases
- Partner with Departments on strategy, growth, and profitability
- Support business decisions with financial insights
2. Budget Planning & Control
- Plan and control OPEX (Variable Budget) and investment budget
- Monitor budget utilization (MTD / QTD / YTD)
- Identify risks and recommend corrective actions
- Implement budget SOP
3. Performance Management & KPI
- Support business performance tracking
- Analyze business performance vs targets
- Provide insights on gaps and improvement areas
4. Pricing & Commercial Control
- Build and monitor B2B pricing structure (pricing governance)
- Analyze margin, discount, and profitability by Country/Channel/SKU
- Support pricing strategy and commercial decisions
5. Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Build and manage revenue and cost forecasts
- Analyze Actual vs Budget vs Forecast
- Identify key drivers impacting performance
6. System & Process Development
- Build management dashboards from Excel to Power BI
- Standardize data sources and templates
- Build management dashboards
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
Skills
- Commercial finance (pricing, margin, ROI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel (mandatory)
- Power BI (highly preferred)
- SQL is a plus
- Ability to translate data into business insights
Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Commercial Finance and relevant hands-on experience in Finance
- Proven experience in:
-Budget control and forecasting
-Performance analysis
-Working with Sales / Commercial teams
- Experience in B2B business is a strong advantage
