Responsibilities
- Act as Finance Business Partner for sales operations, supporting dealers with financial analysis and guidance.
- Support pricing, incentives, rebates, and financing programs, ensuring profitability and compliance.
- Monitor dealer credit limits, perform risk analysis, and follow up on collections and aging.
- Reconcile accounts and manage financial settlements with dealers, banks, and partners.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, including variance analysis.
- Analyze sales and profitability, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and strengthen financial processes and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and audits to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Brazil, preferably in automotive or retail sales environment.
- Knowledge of sales operations, financing, and rebate structures.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP for financial analysis.
- Fluent English.
Location and work-mode:
- 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building, in front of Shopping Morumbi).
