Job Description
Ford Business Solutions is looking for a
Senior Finance Analyst
to join our Ford Customer Service (FCSD) Finance team in our Szentendre office.
Responsibilities
What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
- Budget/Business Plan Development: Consolidate Budget Input and support reviews with European/Global Team. Align submission with operational partners/management.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Support Financial Close (month/quarter/Year End) by consolidation of actuals, profound gap analysis, reserve calculation and forecasting.
- Partnering & Counselling: Work closely with operational business partners & local management (Marketing/Warehouse/Supply Chain Management/Engineering) on daily business topics. Act as Business Advisor in terms of efficient Cost and Revenue Management.
- Internal Control: Ensure robustness of internal control processes and approval authorities.
- Financial Analysis & Decision Making: Review and analyze financial data; Support operations and finance management with thorough Business Case Analysis.
- Strategy Execution: Support implementation of strategies and new business initiatives
Qualifications
Are we looking for you? Yes, if you have
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in finance
- Strong English skills and confidence working in an international environment
- Accounting knowledge, ideally including ledger and balance sheet reconciliation
- SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage
- Strong Excel skills, and familiarity with tools such as Power Query or Power BI
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
