Job Responsibilities
- Support the execution of internal and external corporate exercises, including coordination of structuring, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Participate in the implementation of company and group-level projects and initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with internal processes, workflows, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to digitalisation efforts to enhance operational frameworks and processes.
- Prepare monthly management reports relating to client management, including exposure tracking and risk monitoring.
- Review and update internal policies and procedures where necessary.
- Liaise with external parties such as solicitors, consultants, company secretaries, and regulatory bodies.
- Work closely with internal departments and provide support to the group’s business units on operational and corporate finance matters.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and assignments as required by Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate finance, advisory, audit, banking, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of corporate finance, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
