Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records and reporting.
- Ensure timely closing of accounts and submission of reports.
- Prepare necessary documents for internal audit, external audit and tax submissions (direct and indirect tax).
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flows and tax planning.
- Assists in preparing and monitoring project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow projections.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, property regulations and internal policies.
- Liaison & coordinate with banks, auditors, tax agents and government authorities.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment with positive attitude towards assigned tasks by superior.
Job Related Experience & Knowledge :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the property development or construction industry.
- Proficient in accounting software and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Highly organized, able to meet deadlines, work independently with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Office Location: Semantan, KL
Working hours: Flexible (8am-5pm, 8.30am-5.30pm, 9am-6pm)
