Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with fundamental knowledge in Accounting and Finance
- Has a minimum of 2-3 years experiences of working as Account Payable, Accounting, etc
- Experienced to work in internal corporate
- Strong in Ms. Excel
- Detailed oriented with strong analytical and a good problem-solver in the financial area
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Possess a strong interpersonal skill to be able to work with multiple and different stakeholders
- Willing to be working onsite in Cengkareng, West Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Verify, validate, and input all related to supplier and vendor payments invoice
- Ensure all expenses are recorded to comply with company policies and accounting standard
- Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors by addressing any inquiries or discrepancies
- Assist in month-end closing procedures, including but not limited to preparing account payable workbook, managing vendor list, performing reconciliation, investigating, and resolving any discrepancies
- Archive all documents related to purchases made by the company
- Assist and support other data needed by superiors and other stakeholders
