Responsibilities

Kforce is partnering with a client to identify a Senior Director of FP&A in the Saint Louis, MO area. Summary: This individual will work closely with executive leadership to shape strategic direction and support long-term growth initiatives. The role is responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, as well as capital allocation and financial performance management, ensuring insights are translated into clear, actionable business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead corporate FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance analysis
  • Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership to support decision-making and growth initiatives
  • Develop and enhance financial models, reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to drive actionable insights
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support cost optimization
  • Support executive and board-level reporting, including capital planning and allocation
  • Oversee treasury, risk management, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering strong analytical and accountability standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of progressive FP&A leadership experience, including corporate-level planning in complex or multi-site environments
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, with strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience with FP&A systems, ERP tools and driving process and technology improvements
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and adaptability; Strong technical and Microsoft Office skills required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
